Favourite Childhood Memory

We all go through childhood some of us have great childhoods and others not so much but most of us end up with great memories from our childhood.

Do you have any good memories from childhood?

I have quite a few but one that sticks out the most is when I went out with family one evening during the summer to a family pub near where I lived and they were doing a disco, bouncy castle and a barbeque and I remember spending most of the summer evening there with my family and having a lot of fun with my brothers and new friends I had made.

THe one that keeps sticking out for me is when I was really little about 7 or so we would play outside all day during the summer me in my red coat and my brother in his green coat, we would just lay around in the yard looking up at the sky watching the clouds laughing about the funny shapes. I guess it was a time in my life that I could truly be care free and for a moment in time I really had a family.

There is always one that sticks out to me and it's when I was around 6 years old and I was out with a friend, my parents and my friends parents and we spent a whole day at the beach just having fun without a care in the world. I miss days like that just not having a care in the world and living each day with lots of fun. If I could go back for one day I would.

I have various child hood memories and it's good to look back on the good times, when your having a rough day, or time in your life. I've been on holidays aproad with my parents, meals out, and much more. Also, I like to reflex back on the decisions I have made and where those choices have got me today.

My fondest memories were camping. Even as a child & all through my life. I love travelling & camping. When I was healthy? I went with friends/family/my deceased first wife, and a deceased woman I fell in love years ago, and her son. I forget everything, but camping stays with me. Never forgotten.
