ExtendedCost List - Cataclysm!

Okay so there's currently no cataclysm extendedcost lists, no conquest points extendedcost etc.

I'm not having a full list but i'm having some, and i thought it would be useful to release.
(Works for 4.0.6, 4.3.4 - not sure about mop)

Here you go:

Extendedcost :

You must reply before you can see the hidden data contained here.

Can get added by:
.npc add item x 0 0 (extendedcost id) or can be done through npc_vendor.

What do you mean? Like you're asking how to make a custom extendedcost or so?
