I have not had an ear infection for so long, in fact, I believe I was a kid the last time I had an ear infection and don't believe I have had one in my adult life until now. I hate how my ear feels clogged and how I can not hear properly out of it which makes some tasks really difficult for me.

How often do you experience ear infections? Have you had any long standing problems after having an ear infection?

Ear infections are the worst. Luckily I haven't had one in the longest time but I remember getting a few when I was younger and they were awful, not being able to hear properly and the constant ache was awful for me.

I really hope you get to feeling better soon Shortie.

I often get ear infections. I go to the doctors regularly (1 a month, maybe more). Up until this point, my GP has been prescribing ear drops but the ear drops haven't any good so I have been referred to an ear specialist.

To my knowledge, I've never gotten an ear infection.
I've heard people getting them a lot back when I was in school, but never worried about it.

The only thing I have with my ear is one time when I was sick and grew tired of blowing my nose 24/7, I blew a little too hard and something popped in my ear. Ever since then when something plays a loud enough, or at the right angle/pitch, anything I hear through that ear sounds like its coming from a busted speaker, if that makes sense. This was a few years ago yet it still happens every now and then.
