Deadmines message "you must be at least level 10 to enter" v8.0

This is the first time through on the new v8 repack. Have a party of four all level 14 and we are getting the "You must be at least level 10 to enter" message. I have not seem this for a long time.

I also tried setting the ignore level config option and that did not work.

I can't even port a character via admin commands.

Anyone else run into this error on the new version?

Just tired entering deadmines at level 14 and didn't work. After searching a forum I found a solution that seems to pertain to this problem. If you look at access_requirements under world database and search for deadmines, it says the required level is 86. Now I have no idea why, but I assume all you have to set is set that the actual level required to enter and you're good. Set required level as necesary for specific dungeons. Also I'd have someone who works on this post the fix for this and possibly look at other dungeons that could have this problem.

I confirmed if you change the level_min in the access_requirement table from 86 to 10 for normal mode (difficulty 0) you can get in the instance.
Of course now that I am in I can't use the incense burner for the "A vision of the past" quest.
Keeps stating it needs the entrance to the deadmines. Might be the area is very, very small where it can be used.

Getting late. Will dig into that one tomorrow.
