Hi guys!

I hope this wasn't asked before (checked the support, FAQ and tutorial sections), but forgive me if it was.

I just set up my server (V4 Deathwing madness), it's working perfectly (thank you very much).

I'd like to create and add my own custom items, using WoW-v.com (I used this before, a couple years ago I had my server, but I got bored). When finishing creating it, it asks me to choose a version to download:

As far as I know, EmuCoach is trinity based, so I chose that one. However, I can't insert it to item_template (within the db 'emucoachworld'), because I run into several errors (like Error Code: 1054. Unknown column 'dmg_min1' in 'field list' and the likes, with different column names). Should I choose a different batch version, or is there any item creating site/method you recommend?

Also, since this is kinda SQL related, is there a recommended GUI? I _think_ I used to use either SQLyog or SQLManager, not sure which, but I liked it because of the simple & informative design. I read Heidi a couple times here on the forum, but I've never used that before.

Edit: So after a little digging I found out that wow-v doesn't work with 4.3.4, and I need to create these manually. However, the thread I found is roughly a year and a half old, is this still the situation?

Hi there!

Well it's a pretty long step,
You would have to first of all create it manually in item_template (wow-v is 3.3.5 and outdated / not supporting emucoach repack)
Then you'd have to ensure you using an existen displayid otherwise you'll have to make a custom patch.

If you need a longer and better explaination let me know!

However, this should get you started!

ExO, but will these values in columns that I've created manually display in game? I'm wondering how I can edit the damage values/stats of existing items.

You go to the values, click enter, and insert some new in there?

Then you restart your server and your changes are applied.

Simple: I don't know what this "EmuCoach" is but it either isn't a 3.3.5a repack or a pretty much modified database repack.

With an usual and fresh trinitycore you should be able to change "SoundOverrideSubclass" in your database to "unk0" and tada, you can add the batches.

Or just download Truice v1.3.8.7, it's like WoW-V for your desktop.
