Crashing on entering LFG dungeon multiple clients

has anyone seen this by chance
All clients are having the issue when using the dungeon finder . When bots are in the group the game crashes while loading.
When logged back in you are in the dungeon and the bots have reset, this has happened many time after the 3.0 update not happening before the update

I have encountered similar issue. Crashed multiple times in dire maul east / stratholme with LFG and bots. However, there was no more crash if I solo the dungeon.
