[What it does] When executing quest "A fitting weapon", you come across Packleader Ivar Bloodfang. He gives you quest 27917, asking you to kill Baron Ashbury. However, you encounter the baron already in the stables, before you meet Ivar Bloodfang. If you already killed the baron before you received the quest, it will not be registered. With the missing baron, you can not complete the quest.
