All Bots not following into raids

[Location, Faction, Race]-Sunwell Plateau, Blood Elf Male, DK
[Problem Description]- Create a raid of 25 (me and 24 bots via addon) walk into Sunwell Plateau raid and only a couple of bots show up. Seeing same behavior sporadically in other raids such as Gruul's lair about 20 of 24 followed. If you try to manually summon they never show up either. Seems to be random which bots show up and which do not.
[How it should work]- Bots should all follow you in the instance and be summonable.

Current workaround seems to be to keep removing the bots that won't join and add new ones until they all will enter the instance together.
