38719 Burning Southsea Pirate removed

These guys are only spawned when the covert ops pounder fires missiles into the pirate shacks in tanaris. So far i have found no data for the pounders spell that he uses, And have no idea about his waypoint movement. But, These guys don't belong in game spawned.
